Lots of delicious food at an extremely reasonable price in a funky venue! What more could you want? Add excellent friendly service and staff and you get Buzz Cafe Resturant in Lower Hutt. For a main, I highly recommend the ribs, but all our meals were amazing. I also had a yummy berry smoothie and a sticky date pudding, all for $44. It also has a good looking kids menu. The venue itself is spacious, tidy and has some cool art on the walls. This was by far my best meal out in a long time and I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this excellent establishment.

Came for lunch on a Monday, A nice ambience, friendly staff backed up by great food, corn fritters were good, the highlight was the buzz chicken tray served with a delicious jous , great flavours...Would definitely visit again.

We ventured upon Buzz during our meander through Lower Hutt following a movie at the pop up cinema, and the service was friendly and warm that we had carrot cake and espresso only to return back for breakfast the next morning!Buzz offers Goody card which is a bonus incentive and we ordered eggs Benedict with bacon, mushroom and avocado to go with lattes. I thoroughly enjoyed my brunch and am happy to have found a great cafe to visit next time I’m visiting my sister. Service was excellent and good was amazing! Highly recommended!

I recently had lunch here with my sister and her daughter. Love this Cafe, Restaurant & Bar. The service was great, very friendly. The food was good. I ordered the Chunky Seafood Chowder with sweet peach tea. The chowder was piping hot, creamy, rich with a good amount of chunky seafood, however only downside, it could've done with a little bit more seasoning, the two piece of toast that came with it was great, not buttered but it would be nice if there was a little butter on the side so I have that option. The sweet tea, was amazing, fresh and not overly sweet. My niece ordered the ham and cheese toastie with chips. She ordered two. The Toasties were a little bit on the small side but overall she loved it. My sister ordered the beef nachos, it looked amazing even though she waited a for a while before it came out, we were almost done with our food when it was finally brought out. The nachos was served on a hot plate which was placed on a board. She was told to be careful as the plate was hot however when she got to eat the nachos it was lukewarm. The highlight would be the desserts. Both myself and my niece ordered the carrot cake and WOW just a delight on the pallet. The serving was very generous and loved every bite! My sister ordered the strawberry cheese cake. Her assessment, it was creamy, delightful and it just melted in your mouth with every bite! Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere, the service and food. Would recommend to anyone to go check it out.o

Buzz Cafe Restaurant
Went out for brunch. Coffee very good, and we're made promptly as were the meals. I had the corn fritters, the size of this meal meant I was not able to eat it all. Husband had the big breakfast which was great with a selected range of appropriate options.The day was overcast so it was a bit dark in the cafe. Great music playing, a couple of young ladies danced in to the music and continued singing, that was just lovely.Service was great.
