The smallest tasteless Pizza I’ve ever eaten. There was no sauce on base (had requested BBQ) so very dry to eat. $24 for a medium that was slightly larger than a side plate.

I have recently been there tonight and realized that it's not an italian owned place. Just the name is italian but rest of it belongs another culture. It can be owned by anyone but if you claim that is an italian restaurant so food should be prepared as italian cusine cultere orders. Absolutely crazy, it does not make any sense in regards to be italian. Another weird thing is all the local guides telling the place was awesome, absolutely crazy !!!! I am not sure how this Google comments working out but just rely on real people who ate something there. For example I have ordered Margherita" then realized there was no mozerella !! Just ordinary cheese then sliced tomates on top of it. It is absolutely crazy..... Nothing to say........"

We would highly recommend this shop. Our pizzas were all really nice along with the garlic bread. The free delivery was a bonus and the food arrived on time by a very friendly chap. We will be back.THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF

I had trouble with my afterpay instore to use and was having to try and put my pin number in it and it still didn't work what's going some one please get back to me about this matter i was in mad butcher when this happened how inbarraning is that Josalyn Taukiri email me to see what went wrong.

Pizza was delivered 1/2hr late, and it was cold. Very disappointing. Ps where's the vegan cheese?

I have ordered two large pizzas. A seafood pizza (prawn, ham and mushroom) and a chicken and cranberry pizza. I just about needed a magnifying glass to spot the prawns, which were shrimp and the also the chicken! Very disappointing!

Waited over hour for food order, as an apology the staff gave us two free puddings which both had expired best before dates. Horrible experience.

Wow what a change!! Hadn't been to the Redwood store in over 2 years as the quality was terrible more than one occasion,but now it's going to be hard to stay away!!The price is quite expensive I got a medium (witch is equivalent to a small size anywhere else ) for 20.00But the flavourful and toppings were more than enough.

Very disappointed with the gluten free pizza base very floury and no flavour.We also had meat lovers and had extra sauce on it . Well it just looked like horrible diarrhoea splattered on the top .Our family member sick after it . We will never come back to your shop again. Very poor Redwood
