Was totally ripped off! They put a dodgy screen on my phone and when I questioned it they blamed it on internal water damage. Went to another repair place and they fitted a decent screen, and confirmed that there was no internal water damage. I talked to the guy who repaired it and he blamed me for not taking it back to them, I don’t live in NP and didn’t think to go to a fast fix in Wellington. I’ve emailed also through their enquiries and no response. They don’t care about customer satisfaction or fitting quality screens. Don’t use them.

We spent $340 for these people to stuff up my husband's phone. My husband took his phone in to get a new screen after waiting nearly 3 hrs we hadn't heard anything from them so went in to see what was going on. His phone wasn't turning on properly and told him it could be a software" issue and give them an hr. 15 minutes later get a call saying it was done. He got it home to find it is the wrong screen for his phone as it now doesn't have fingerprint unlock and his phone has no sound at all can't even hear when ringing people"

Figured $180 would get me a screen at least somewhat like the original. Nope. The screen constantly clicks on whatever it likes, have to write this on my laptop because I can’t even type on my phone anymore. Screen cracked from literally a 10 cm drop onto my table. Not to mention the screens picture quality was pretty bad itself. 0/10 would not recommend. They WILL cheap out on you.

They didn't install the first screen repair properly (flickering and double images on screen) so I took it back to be repaired properly.When I got it back they had put a hole in the internal speaker. Cheap but low quality work! I don't recommend them. Pay a bit more and get your phone fixed properly!
