These guys are excellent! Great service, friendly & turned up when expected. After 10 years our door is like new & so quiet. Sensors are also great to stop the 4 cats getting squashed

My garage spring was broken in weekend and I contacted few contractors in weekend but no luck but Matt rang me first thing on Monday morning while I was still asleep, Great service , arrive at the time given and had everything for service. I thought the door was beyond repair after 20 years with bent top panel and banging/grinding noise when opening and closing. I really expected to be told it needed replacing. Matt arrived on time, explained what the problems were and how he could repair it.After getting the go ahead he went straight to work, a brace and new motor later I am very happy with the result.I highly recommend Matt and his company, he is friendly, professional and honest.Keep up the good work

Needed a 30 year old garage tilt-a-door fixed, which was jamming and then just completely died.Enquired online and got a phone call from Matt next day. Matt quoted the job and the hardware just by looking at photos which was amazingly convenient.They in the same week, arrived early and finished early.The great new motor opens super quiet and smooth.We didn't shop around but the pricing seemed well worth it for the fast install and easy service.No mucking around, would use again and recommend!Thanks Matt and Team.

First class service still exists!!! I'm so happy I found Matt, making what was turning out to be a complicated problem simply disappear with his extremely quick response, excellent communication and technical knowledge. Our damaged garage door was replaced in record time and Matt gave us two options, both with best prices we could find anywhere in Auckland. I highly recommend Matt to everyone. Wow ...totally impressed by Matt from Independent Door Services Papakura - a family owned business.Prompt reply on quotation, and service outstanding. Matt arrived with his fellow colleague, induced himself and got stuck into the job. He fully insulated my double garage door. Whilst doing so, saw that the tension wires were beginning to fray, and recommended to replace, - he adjusted the spring and just like magic, my door was done. Totally professional, and cleaned up after he finished. A five star review in my eyes.

I submitted an enquiry over the weekend, and Matt turned up first thing on Monday to look at the job. We needed 2 garage doors replacing as they were beyond repair. Matt explained our options and sent through a quote on the same day, which was very reasonable.On the day of the install, they arrived exactly when they said they would, and had the job completed within a couple of hours. The new doors look great and I would definitely recommend Matt and his team. Thanks guys!

Seamless service from Matt and his team. Obviously having something new and shiny installed is always a happy occasion. But ours needed a little more than the usual which Matt attacked with no negativity whatsoever.Great service!!!!
