Went in 23/05/23 6:30pm. The two poly girls at the info desk were super polite, the pakeha lady that found the product was really patient, polite and committed to finding the what I was looking for (later we found out was the last one) and the tattooed girl at the service for finding the help and being apologetic for the hassle, which was unnecessary but I appreciated the gesture.Much appreciated guys!

Love it but really need helpful staff as pregnant wife was pushing buggy with baby in it and staff didn't even attempt to move there big trolly over as it was in the middle of row hopeless

Huge store with an enormous range of goods, to the extent that it can be hard to find what you want.The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, but there are only a few of them. More often than not they are helping someone else find something. There are bargains for people who look for them.The toilets were looking a bit worn, which I find ironic in a hardware store (when you have the tools, consumables and people available to keep it looking functional) and they needed a good clean.

Good fast team, always willing to help. Cheaper prices overall than competitors. Good long operating hours such as closing 9pm summer time, weekdays. One of my favourite local stores on Te Rapa Straight. Highly recomended for a visit. There is something for everyone.
