I have lost count of how many years now we have stored our beautiful products safely with Julian and the team at Masterton Storage. Their quality of service and care is exceptional. Pricing competitive and the actual units are clean and easily accessible anytime of day and night for us. The security systems are exceptional. Amazing facility. Clean, dry, tidy and sheltered from the elements. Had my household belongings here for almost 3 years and they were in the exact same condition when we grabbed them as they were when they went in. Julian and his team go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after and the communication is great which is what I loved. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Very competitive rates for such a top of the line and secure facility. All the best team. Thank you!

Great facility. Clean, tidy, and always friendly and helpful. 24/7 access is great. Wordly belongings have been with Julian and team just over two years as our builders are dragging the chain.

Five stars for this excellent company. When our house contents arrived for storage it was too large for the container we had booked. At lunchtime on the day before Wellington weekend Di was able to prevent this drama from turning into a crisis. She sourced a bigger unit for us with great efficiency and we could breathe again. Di also stayed onsite after the official closing time so our contents could be secured. Also very impressed by the personal service here generally!
