4. The only factor stopping me giving a 5 was they are quite pricey, ($50 outside wash & polish or $135 for complete wash inside and out), albeit I did get great service and job well done so guess 'you get what you pay for'...and convenient location if you need to shop at Riccarton Mall.

Terrible job, charged me NZD135.00, suppose to be NZD88.00. I never come back, I I don't recommend.

I booked for a premium wash. First they rang and wanted to change the time of the booking . I explained that I couldn’t come earlier and they said it was ok. Then when I arrived they said that booking didn’t include wiping the surfaces inside even though the premium clean does include “interior wipe and air blast” he tried to tell me that’s just the dashboard but nothing else. I said that’s false advertising as it’s states interior which implies the full interior. He refused to budge so I told him to cancel it. This place is a rip off with terrible customer service.

To say I am unhappy with the service and quality of job completed is an understatement.My car was booked in for 2pm. We arrived at 1.30pm and told that I didn't have a booking and they were fully booked. Thankfully I had the confirmation text on my phone so they had to honour it. Was told my car would be ready at 3pm. During this time, I received a text saying car would be ready at 3.30pm. Returned to the carwash site only to be told that my car was not finished and would be another 20 minutes. I expressed my annoyance with this and was not interested in the excuses I was being given as to why. We left and I received another text in that extra 20 minutes to say my car was ready to pick up. We went back, got my car and left.While driving we could see that all of the windows were still dirty and had smears all over them. Some of the corners hadn't even been touched. The back window certainly hadn't. There were droplets of water falling down the back window from the roof so a chamois was not used to dry of water.My grandchildren could've done a better job.This has been a complete waste of my time and hard earned money. I could have spent less and taken it to a carwash at a petrol station and got a better clean.

Thoroughly impressed with the outside clean on my car which I hadn't bothered washing for a few months, it was filthy, and it's black! Totally recommend:-)

My wee car has never been so clean! What an outstanding job the guys at Concierge Car Wash did, inside and out. To top it off, they were polite, friendly and went the extra mile. Look at the amazing shine and sparkling clean interior too. Will definitely be back and recommend 100%.

Normally I clean my car myself. But I was on holiday and thought I'd pay someone to do it while I was enjoying myself and shopping. I've never seen such a horrible job done. $46 to get the outside and wheels cleaned and I came back to the car almost as bad as when I came in. A drive thru car was would have been cheaper and done a better job. Never again will a use a place like this it was a waste of my time.

This is my go-to carwash! Haven't found anyone as good as these guys. Super polite and do a great job. Just recently had my headlights restored with them and they came out looking awesome - wish I took a before pic of the lights as they were really yellow and they now look brand new. Thanks team!
