Would like to say that I got to use this mechanic as I have heard very good things, unfortunately my partner never made it passed the horrendously rude receptionist, who found it amusing to let the team know that my partner was hard work" while on the phone with her when asking simple follow up questions.Really disappointed that this was the overall attitude

You lost a customer today when the receptionist decided to roll her eyes at my follow up question. Apparently it was too big of an ask to walk 10 metres to check with the mechanic again. Awful customer service that didn't go unnoticed. The mechanic seemed nice enough, but the 'face' of your business needs an attitude adjustment. Took my money elsewhere.

Had our cambelt replaced here and the price was fair and fast turn around. A detailed invoice outlined included labour and parts. We recommend trying the boys at Waipawa super shop.
