Good overall management of the 2 properties. However can be very slow with communications (up to 3-4 weeks or no reply) which is frustrating. Maybe the property manager has too many properties to manage hence the slow response times to myself and passing on messages from my tenants.

Renee and the team at LJ have been great to work with. We were moving in a hurry and they were able to come on board and help us sort a lot of things out including some final maintenance needed and getting things done for healthy homes. Being able to hand over the keys and responsibility took a whole lot of stress away when we had other things to think about. Our property manager Izzy is awesome, she has always been very friendly, with clear and prompt communication and no fuss. It’s wonderful not having to carry the mental load of the rental, knowing it is ticking away and being taken care of and if anything important comes up we will be contacted.
