I have come away from each visit to the Spark Richmond store with exactly what I need if not more. The team are helpful and considerate. Added bonus - you can have a few laughs too!Spark is the company that you thought was the most expensive, and it was once, but not anymore. There are now a really good range of plans that suit my needs in terms of data usage for insta and the gram #important. They still have that wealth of knowledge behind them that you don't find with other providers. Not every staff member is going to have all the answers to your obscure tech questions, but ask around the rest of the team and you might find the answer you were looking for.I would say that people are unnecessarily grumpy when it's busy - the customers, not the staff. It's a mall, what do you expect on a Saturday morning?If you ever have a bad experience with the team stop and think before you slander the entire store. Put yourself in the position of the person who helped you and ask yourself if what ever happened could be avoided. If yes, take it upon yourself to pass on your feedback to the manager. Mistakes can happen and behaviours can change. The management team are absolutely exceptional.

Bought a new piece of equipment which turned out to not be straight forward to set up and I’m definitely no techo... the store manager I think(?) Mark, called me on his own personal time on a Friday night and video chatted me through the process - cannot thank you enough, way beyond the call of duty!! Thanks so much!! K

Chelsi is super helpful!! She sorted something for me that I didn’t even know needed to be sorted and I ended up having decent credit from years ago! She was patient and informative with all my questions and very friendly!

5 star service from spark today, after buying a faulty iPhone yesterday, they were quick to resolve the problem and gave me a new replacement on the spot ! Bloody awesome team thanks so much for making the return pain free ! Big ups to Raghav he was great to deal with !

I was in a hurry had a $150 voucher for the spark store and brought a boom 3 BT speaker for $379. Paid $129 on top. When I got home I checked the price for a boom 3 speaker. Every other store sells the same speaker for $129-139.Lesson learned only shop at spark stor when you have a $150 dollar voucher... and check prices online befor you buy.

The young blonde lady we spoke to this morning was unbelievable useless, rude and unhelpful. We felt very let down by the service and her inability to help us. We were told we were unable to retrieve information, but when we went to another spark store they did it in under 5 minutes. Fair to say, nelson spark are SO much better. We won’t be returning.

Trade in phone returned with fault (not present at trade in in store) - not a second of hesitation I was advised trade in would be honoured. In and out in literally less than 3 minutes.Great customer service guys - this is why I have dealt with you since you opened.
