This holiday park is nice and clean and the owner could not be nicer. It is small and cozy but everything is really well done. I found a book in the lounge and left a book I just finished. Feels like a community here.

I stay in Christchurch for work and have stayed in multiple caravan parks. Amber Park is by far my favorite. It's super clean and Tidy, miles above the rest. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom facilities are clean. Great showers. The rec room is very comfortable. and the staff are very friendly and are more then happy to point you in the direction of anything you need locally.

Very happy with our tucked away site. Really quiet and nice which was amazing considering we were right in middle of busy commercial area. We walked into the city on the first day which took an hour after a few shop visits.

We came into the office today to book a studio unit for 3 nights and was told due to being a Christchurch resident and not having a credit card we were unable to stay. I offered to pay a cash deposit as we don't have credit cards however the lady at the front said it was in their best interest to have a credit card to safe guard them from our stay. After thinking about this, I couldn't help but feel profiled. We have just sold our property in Christchurch and making the move up north hence why we needed someone for a few nights. To be told on the basis of being a Christchurch resident and not having a credit card just doesn't seem right, surely other Christchurch residents have stayed without a credit card?

Friendly and fast service. Great location and easy to use facilities. We booked a powered site for our roof top tent and plugged a caravan plug into it for our power. It was easy and made our stay awesome. Will definitely stay again! Thanks.

We spent two nights here. The campsite is quiet and a bit small but it has what is necessary if there are not many people. The location is good to go to the center of Christchurch on foot or by bus.

Nice spot with good facilities. Bus top just out front that takes you to middle of Christchurch (cathedral, new regent etc) in 20 mins for $2.10 which is great! Slightly tight around the site to navigate larger vehicles however

Well run small campground with lots of well looked after planting. Compact kitchen plus lounge with lots of charging sockets. Clean bathrooms. Only downside is the noise from road traffic - the problem with being close to a big city centre after weeks in the countryside!
