MacBook and phone repair

O.k.in person bt I didn't gt given my receipt till 3 weeks later as it had to be emailed to me as I purchased on a Sunday thn whn I received my receipt the item I had purchased was dwn on the receipt as I diffrnt model I hve been in touch wth thm numerous times and they hve nt been in touch wth me. I was given a 6 months warranty I hve made contact to arrange to tke my item bak to be checked again i am stil waiting to hear bak frm thm to arrange a time to go in looks lkeI'm going to hve to jst go in as they won't respond or take my calls,the way I was dealt wth has made me think tht this place isn't wht it seems or makes out to be.Warning to others be careful this place has dodgy ways.lve to tke my money bt can't respond to messages or calls not normal practice for a shop.Not cool at all.

Very knowledgeable and egficient service

You will do yourself a favour by staying away from this repair shop. Took two iPhones to repair the back screens and the technician repaired one iPhone okay but the battery is draining superfast as a result. But the second iPhone the technician messed up completely. First, he put the wrong colour back screen, so I had to take it back to redo, and then he replaced to the right colour, but the whole screen is sticking out on one side really terribly. TRERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place! and when I took it back to be fixed, they said that it is how it should be. Stay away from that terrible place!

Awful, just awful people to deal with. STAY AWAY from this sorry excuse of a repair place! Uses the cheapest parts which are absolutely terrible quality in order to squeeze every last granule of profit. Super rude, very poor/sporadical/nonchalant communication, when any issues arise they will make sure they crush you to the very last bit possible.Got my MacBook screen fixed from E-tek macbook repair". The next day there was two black dots on the screen they just fixed. Went back the end morning they said they had to order and new one and they would call when it came in. They left a message on my son's phone. I went back in and they didn't know anything about it. I would not use this place again."

Absolutely beyond useless. These people supposedly do phone repairs as well, I took it in on July 31st was told 3 days to repair charging port . Text messages went unanswered phone calls went unanswered I go in today September 28 and they said technician hasn't got the part and didn't order one so he didn't fix it.
