Definitely would not recommend have had issues with quality and trying to get them out to fix the issue that are under warranty with them. There warranty states you have to contact them in order to get repaires done still waiting for them to fix a door splitting at the joins 5 weeks on.

Thank you for free maintenance serviceI have four large bi-folds in my house installed by First Windows and Doors, which gave me enormous pleasure over the years. However, sealing rubber has shrunk in corners of some of the largest doors assembled on site. I have talked with Simon, the manager of the Christchurch branch, who said that two men were coming to sort it out for me. They have replaced rubber seals in all my bi-fold, they worked quickly and were very professional. Thank you First Windows and Doors!Marta Treskonova

Unfortunately I bought a house with these windows and doors.Shocking quality, absolutely terrible. It would be more effective to have clingfilm as a window.I simply would never engage this company ever in the future - I advise anyone else go somewhere else.

They're all about the $$$ and poor communications skills. If you work with these guys, particularly their management team of Simon and Tony, you will be verbally abused if there is ever a disagreement. Unprofessional.

The product is fine but the staff are disgraceful -no communication skills and the in-house staff are rude-only the accounts dept are pro-active because we are chasing up this account "before the job is completed. Would never use them again."
