I so look forward to visiting Vivo, Willeston Street. I have been going there for many years and Long, my hairdresser, is the best ever. I came to see Aarti for some highlights after coming for a few good cuts in the past. She did a nice job of very natural looking subtle bayalage with copper/ red tones added to my natural medium brown hair. I’m very new to getting my hair coloured professionally so didn’t know which service to get for the look I wanted, but she explained the processes patiently to help me choose.

I went in for a full transformation with Amy. She was very transparent from the start about the results and how she expected it to come out. She was so so very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my entire appointment and she absolutely nailed it too! I’m so glad I came to Vivo Willeston and very lucky to have gotten Amy as my forever stylist!

I first went to Vivo Willeston about 6 months ago and got an haircut from Aarti. I have been a regular since. The place has a very calm and positive vibe, its centrally located. Aarti is a master at her craft and I would recommend seeking her out.

I am a loyal vivo customer, including online product purchases. I have never felt more disrespected in my life with the manager at this vivo, she raised her voice multiple times and was incredibly rude. I booked an existing customer deal in august and she tried to charge me for the new package price when she finally realized she was incorrect there were eye rolls and no apology. Luckily the hairdresser was absolutely lovely but I will not be coming back to this salon. Very disappointed.

First and most definitely my favourite salon experience ever :) thank you beautiful Chantel for making our experience an enjoyable one. I went in not really knowing what I was after but showing her a few photos and also her sharing her knowledge and experience made me feel at ease. Overall I am happy with the outcome and can't wait to book again , highly recommend.
