Super Shuttle Auckland

Booked a last minute transpo late afternoon for a 4:30am pick up the next day. Was pleasantly surprised to get an availability after contacting numerous shuttle services. Our driver came earlier than expected and even helped get heavy luggages on board. He knew exactly where to drop us off after asking which airline we're flying with. Was left impressed with their reliable service, would highly recommend.

Timely and easy to book. Got a reminder text the night before and also saw the driver communicate quickly via phone with another passenger who wasn’t already on the sidewalk during our run. There were no holdups and got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Great price, would definitely use again.

This shuttle service was very punctual and the drivers were helpful, polite and kept me informed of my ETA to my destination and on my return to the airport. I was very happy with the service to and from Auckland international airport.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Company's Transport ServiceI regret to inform you that my experience with your company's transport service has been highly disappointing, to say the least. It is disheartening to witness a near-monopoly in the customer transport industry coupled with an appalling level of service. I had booked a round-trip shuttle bus service with your company in Auckland, during heavy rainfall. Unfortunately, the encounter with your driver left me utterly dismayed.Upon approaching the driver with a smile, seeking assistance with my luggage, I was met with an unexpected response. The driver, in an unprofessional manner, informed me that it was not their responsibility to handle baggage. Instead, their job was solely to wait for passengers, leaving the task of handling luggage to the passengers themselves. This exchange quickly escalated into a heated debate as I contested the driver's statement. Astonishingly, his justification shifted to blaming my attitude for his refusal to assist me with my luggage. I find it absurd that a company would condone such behavior from its employees.The fact that your driver refused to lend a helping hand, even in adverse weather conditions, speaks volumes about the level of service your company provides. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of assistance and courtesy, especially during challenging situations. Instead, I was left to struggle with my luggage without any support, as your staff watched passively from the sidelines.This experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the values of your company. The complete lack of customer empathy and professionalism displayed by your driver has eroded my trust in your services. It is disheartening to encounter a company that seemingly welcomes such behavior.

Excellent service, shuttle was on time and the driver was great. Helpful and friendly, he went the extra mile and loaded our luggage as well. Arrived at our destination on time, would highly recommend Super Shuttle.

Everything from looking at quotes to booking was so easy and prompt! The driver messaged a day ahead to confirm, turned up 5 minutes early which is always better than 5 minutes late.. The drive to the airport at 4 am in the morning was a breeze! Great service all round!

The Super Shuttle which we'd booked, arrived 5 minutes early - and we were ready waiting outside the Quest Carlaw Park Hotel when it arrived. The driver was good-humoured, and knew his way around the inner city, as he had three further pick-ups to do before we headed for the airport. We arrived in plenty of time for our flight to Wellington, so enjoyed a coffee before heading through security to our departure gate. I'd warmly recommend the Super Shuttle service!

The best option for transfer from airport to CBD downtown and back. Especially for families, 30 first person and each additional person is only $10 more so it is cheaper than taxis for us five. Space for luggage, quick wait time and very professional and polite drivers. Online booking our trip back to airport was pretty easy and driver came on time. Highly recommended!

Abysmal. First & last time using Super Shuttles. I phoned up bang on an hour to cancel due to severe traffic heading to the airport. The person on the phone was helpful, but never mention I wouldn’t get a refund (their T&C state 1h). They have stopped responding which is very unprofessional. What’s the point of cancelling within your window if there is no / partial refund? Don’t bother using them; just get an uber which was only slightly more expensive and much more flexible.

The driver arrived in a van with a trailer about 20 minutes before the booked time but was quite happy to wait until we were ready to leave. He was helpful and pleasant. We were his first and only pick-up so the ride to the airport from West Auckland was quick and easy. We would have no hesitation in using Super Shuttle again.
