UNCONSCIONABLE DEALER ANATOLY REVICH from AUCKLAND CARS, didn't respond straight away to complaints and still hasn't given fair deal after paying full amount upfront - had car shipped and arrived with damaged sunroof, upholstery damage, no manual, and even sent pix - all he offered (and never paid) was $100 which was nowhere near damage - hasn't paid for battery either that within couple weeks went flat at 28%. No manual sent with car or inspection results when asked - every reviewer is lucky as they're physically there most likely but overseas - Auckland Cars absolutely took advantage. Paid upfront no problems but went sent photos of damage for Nissan Dualis did nothing - probably just happy to get rid of the car overseas. Should be embarrassed took advantage of a vulnerable customer and absolutely non-responsive. I wouldn't even have given a 1 star rating but it couldn't process - Care factor really is zero!

Great deal and well settled with our new Prado 2005. We're looking on Trademe for a for 4x4 on a Friday morning, found the one we are looking for then called the advertiser. The next morning we're on Auckland Cars showroom, yes Andrew meet us on the floor, very bubbly and accommodating asked us to test drive the car right away. The car was very clean and tidy, the kids like it too. We're not expecting to drive the car home the same day as we arrived in the showroom almost midday, Andrew took care of all those paper works. Magnificent! we drove the Prado home - Thanks Andrew!!

I trade in my car for this blue car. The staffs is amazingly friendly and nice, Andrew, param is very professional. The process of everything was smooth and fast, they do things very quick. Well recommended, would definitely come back!

I bought an Audi A3 here a year ago for around $12k. 6 months after purchasing I had to replace the mechatronic unit which was 5k and the clutch which was 2k! I could have virtually bought another car with the amount in repairs I've had to pay! I emailed them a few times but didn't hear anything... shocking aftersales service. If you do decide to buy a car here get the insurance as I wouldn't trust their honesty of aftersales service........

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Auckland Cars just recently.Andrew Harris was an awesome, straight-forward and courteous sales agent. He was able to outfit my car as I desired and sorted out minor repairs before I was happy to commit to buy.His responsiveness to calls and text were excellent and completely professional.I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Andrew as your port of contact. Easy 5 stars.

This review has been long overdue but I had purchased a 2014 Audi A5 from here in March/April 2022 from Andrew at Auckland Cars.Right from the time I walked in to view the car I had seen on trademe me, I knew I was going to get nothing but the best experience which I did.We checked the car, Andrew threw me the keys and I took it for a spin and fell in love with it straight away.After a pre inspection there was a few things I wanted sorted and they were happy to oblige and took care of it.Andrew is a pro and you can tell he’s got years of experience and I felt comfortable throughout the process even before I said yes to purchasing the vehicle.He was happy to answer all my queries and questions and I felt he was nothing but genuine in his approach throughout the process.Amazingly clean showroom and would definitely be back if I’m in the market for another vehicle.Go check them out!

Best cars in Auckland. I had troubles to find a good car in the 23-26k price range in Auckland until I came across Auckland Cars. I bought BWM X3 2.0 Diesel from them and very satisfied with the car. Nice people, nice cars. Thanks Auckland Cars Team! Really enjoying the new car.
