Really friendly, clean & relaxed environment. Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Jess did my piercing and she was very good, friendly, clean and great at explaining the process, after care and other options.Recommend the team.

I got an anti-eyebrow piercing, loved it sm. Minimal bruising and blood. Quick n fast. Very friendly loveddddd the outcome. 100% would recommend. Very helpful with aftermath care advice aswell!

I was recommended this place some time ago by a friend and only managed to get around to visiting back in January. Since then I've been back for multiple piercings and will be going for more plus tattoo work in the future. Jess, James, Tom and the young lady who is apprenticing doing tattoos (sorry I can't remember here name!) are amazing people who give their honest opinion on all body mod ideas and will help bring those ideas to live. Having become a repeat customer I always feel welcomed whenever I enter their place to get more work done :)

It was my main piercing place but it opened up late one day so I went to the botany one which was a better experience.This place is still great. The one managing the front desk is very nice. Great customer service from her.A large variety of piercings (if they hadn't run out of stock). Was stuck with ones I didn't want but ended up suiting it better.The piercer makes sure you're okay before you leave as some have fainted before apparently, lol.

James did my forearm a couple of years ago. I couldn't be happier with his work and professionalism! It turned out much better than I had pictured in my head. Must be due for another session!

The Lady at the front counter, I didnt catch her name - was so lovely. She really took her time with me, trying to understand what I wanted. You can tell she really cares about her customers and wants them to have the best healing/piercing experience. Offers alot of advice on how to take care of your piercing even if you didnt get it pierced at their shop. Definitely coming back here for all future piercings. Thank you!!

Ordered some pieces of body jewellery online. Was amazed at the thought and care went into the order. Each piece of jewellery individually wrapped with an alcohol wipe for hygiene and some cute stickers to boot! Only thing I would say is that their email stated delivery was done before it had actually been shipped. Caused me a little concern but thankfully I double checked shipping before contacting! Great service all up!

no appointment needed and the owners were so funny and did an awesome job im really happy with the results if you're in the Auckland area I 100% recommend checking modify out for your next piercing/tattoo i will be traveling back from WA for my next piercing
