Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. I have never experienced this sort of customer service in my life before. Even giving them a one star is over estimating their competence. I absolutely do not recommend this place.We requested and booked to move a kiosk in advance and even got email confirmation. On the moving day they didn’t even give us an exact time and told us they would contact us when they were available. We ended up waiting for the entire day and got no response. We call them the next day and they told us they had no idea what happened and would definitely come by. AGAIN, waited for the entire day and the driver responsible for the move didn’t even pick up his phone.I don’t know what’s worse their incompetence or the disrespect and waste of time we’ve had to experience.
