What an experience we enjoyed the amazing design, great service and music! Perfect place to relax and take care of yourself, definitely worth it, will be back!

My husband and I did the restorative journey on Saturday and were blown away by the experience. Incredible value for money! We didn't know what to expect but loved every different aspect. I felt restored afterwards and will be making this a regular treat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities are so beautiful. A must-do in Rotorua.

What an incredible experience! Beautifully designed and clean facilities, kind and attentive staff (Naomi in particular). I would recommend the restorative journey, I have never experienced anything like that, truly unique. We will be back.

Amazing luxury experience with true manaakitanga from the lovely staff. As soon as we walked in the building we could tell it was going to be a top notch experience. We booked the Restorative Journey and it was the right amount of relaxing, fun and rejuvenating. The different sections kept it interesting and the amount of time spent in them was just right. My fave was the hydrotherapy pool. Special mention to the young fulla who was working (Sat 15 July)-he was a hard worker and super friendly, making us feel welcomed and comfortable when we got lost at the start.Very proud to see this Māori owned establishment produce a world class experience. Highly recommend!!

What an amazing place. Great customer service, welcoming staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Building is beautiful and the pools are great. My mum had the signature massage (mirimiri) and her therapist did a fantastic job. One of the best massages she has ever had. My experience of the massage was a little less great, however, after a conversation with Naomi, the issue was resolved immediately. An overall amazing experience and we will be back. As for the barista, your coffee was amazing!

WOW! What a fabulous facility, we were incredibly impressed and this is definitely a world class spa and an asset for Rotorua.My daughters and I visited after dinner on Thursday (around 8pm) and booked in for the restorative journey.We really enjoyed our experience and enjoyed learning more about the spa from the friendly staff. We all left feeling extremely relaxed and rejuvenated and we can't wait to come back and experience this magical place again. We will be telling all our friends and family!

The most healing journey for the body and soul. The ‘Restorative Journey’ is what everyone needs. There is not words to describe the feeling while on the journey and when you walk out your at peace.From the moment we walked in the service was incredible and done with a smile.Cannot recommend highly enough, if you need a moment to reconnect and breathe this is for you!We were given this as a wedding present and we both agree best gift ever!(No photos as we went phone free to fully enjoy the experience but the design elements are beautiful and set the scene).

Visited tonight and had a surreal experience. We booked the Wai Whakaora journey. Peaceful, healing and magical ✨ all at an affordable price. We were shown such manaaki by Taylor Jacobs and the other wāhine on-site, as well as Toni who we spoke to over the phone to arrange our booking. 10/10 service! Will be returning

Absolutely amazing place, did the journey and wooooow exceeded expectations and expects were high, the water falling as you enter if great,loved the sauna rooka salt one was my fav, pools are stunning and mud is Devine this is a very a fabulous place. Pools were plenty and room was plenty staff service wa beautiful and greeter girls were gorgeous plenty parking great view
