I just ordered a large burrito tonight and was about to call complaining that it is the wrong sized burrito. Idk if I’m right or wrong but don’t order off Uber eats coz they never get the order right!

If you want a place that can cater for your team lunch, don't go here. Utterly useless!! Made an order for a specific time, with several hours notice. This was a time critical order for a scheduled day. Order wasn't ready for a whole hour after the confirmed time. Useless! Also, didn't care that it was urgent after waiting a half hour after the confirmed time.In response to the reply from the owner below. It was not a 30min wait. We ordered the food for 12.10 pick up, arriving at 12pm to standby. We left with the food at 1pm. We ordered the food via your online ordering system at 9am, receiving the confirmation that the order would be ready at the designated time, at the time of purchase. If you only got the order at 12pm, I suggest looking at your ordering system. It should not be the customers responsibility to reconfirm an order after making it via your own ordering system and receiving confirmation. Do you suggest customers ring you when they've made an uber eats or deliver easy order? I doubt it. This was via your own ordering system! There were 23 things. 8 burritos, 14 bowls and a couple of quesadilla's. An hour to make all those is unacceptable. Our runner didn't double check the bags when he left and got to our meeting to find there was no cutlery in the bags, so had to go out again to buy some. Do you usually send people away with take away meals, that you need a fork for, without cutlery? Looking at your other one and two star ratings it looks like you don't take much responsibility.

Pretty stingy when it comes to toppings and they will charge you extra even though the food is already expensive and underweight..Would also agree with the other comment saying they water down their food to stretch

Ridiculously stingy burrito bowl delivered via Uber eats. Was over $20 due the addition of a tiny spoonful of guacamole. The bowl was 3/4 shredded lettuce consisting of the outer dark leaves that most people take off and throw away. The last quarter of the bowl contents was a tiny amount of meat on top of a tiny amount of rice with a tiny amount of grated cheese. There was supposed to be three kinds of salsa but these were in the most minuscule amounts they did hardly anything to flavour the mountain of undressed, tough lettuce. I was starving when I finished. I know inflation is pretty bad right now but this was a joke. The worst Uber Eats experience I’ve ever had and it had nothing to do with the delivery.

Just ordered the large burrito from Uber eats. Although it tasted alright the size was SUPER stingy! Could have easily mistaken it for a small, so disappointed considering I paid almost $20 for less than a handful of burrito. Pretty guttered

We had a family lunch before traveling home. Wow, so many delicious options to choose from. Luckily my daughter was the expert, one of her fav places being on a student budget.AMAZING, everything was super fresh, so tasty. The guy at the counter was so friendly and helpful, unfazed by our time taken to order. Could barely finish mine, so took a doggie bag for the road.Great value for money, and so fresh.
