Only had one staff working when we went but he smashed it! Service was immaculate, food and drinks were great too.I've been to many of Aucklands cinemas, but this one might have been my favourite one. The cinema/chairs itself was kind of perfect!

Huge number of steps down. There is a lift if you need. Book lift before you come. Difficult for those with walking issues. Nice staff. The seats are SHOCKING. no padding left. They should be REPLACED NOW ! Avoid till seats are fixed.

Very comfortable seats. Be great if they made themed cocktails according to new screenings. And if they had choc tops. Overall we will definitely be back.

Most places a real hassle to get in and out of but not Silky Otter. Parking is a dream. Great vehicle access and all around parking experience. Can see myself coming all the time. Reckon I could go gaming chair to the Silky Otter recliners in 10 minutes. Did I mention the Parking? It’s a dream

Our second time trying food during a movie... One of our pizzas was burnt, had to leave the movie to take it back, only to receive another burnt pizza 30mins later. I had to ask for at least a popcorn to tide us over in between - nothing was offered and initially asked to pay for the popcorn!Missing part of the movie to deal with this isn't great considering the cost of a ticket, yet alone the price of the pizza to still not have received a decent one.The sofas in the lobby are also extremely grubby, and one of the toilet flushes is broken...

From the entrance to your seat and the screen is a true cinema experience. In style and comfort. Fresh popcorn, glass of wine etc. Adjust yr seat to your personal comfort. $15 movies this week is a real treat. For me its a 4 out of 5 for Cocaine Bear.

Watched Mission Impossible 7 here, last tickets were front row, it was actually the best place to watch it, nice small-medium sized room, incredibly comfortable recliners, classy coke cottled, pizzas delivered to your seat and reasonably priced tickets. Outstanding cinema experience!

First time here and really disappointed. The place was really grubby, even the walls are dusty (highlighted by the wall lights) in reception/lobby area. Reception seats were really grim and looked like dogs had been sitting on them all day. Food leaves much to be desired. My partner found a hair in his pizza.Only saving grace was the comfy seats and it was a good temperature.Updated 04.06 - I still haven’t received a response to either of the 2 emails that I sent to the email address that was commented below.

Very nice welcome and personal attention given. Cinema 2 afforded nice spacious seating and lazyboy style leg rests. Great views from the deck and a lift for those unable to manage 4 flights of steps!
