Brought a pair of air Nike shoes ( $180)and they asked me do o want to purchase a 50 cent bag !!! ( whaaaaat)Apart from that good service!!

Highly recommend the Riccaton Westfield Stirling Sports. Especially the awesome salesman Beau, he was so helpful and knowledgeable when my son was buying shoes.

I swear the customer service at this place gets worse and worse! Clearly need some of the older staff back who knew how to do there job.

Girl with long brown hair was very helpful when looking for shoes, had a lot of knowledge on the appropriate shoes for myself as i overpronate. Will definitely be back again!

It's a sport shoe shop that doesn't have much apart from basketball shoe. I asked 4 a walking shoe and was told we don't have them. I was sent 2 another shoe shop. I found it weird as I have brought a few shoes online from Stirling sports. Maybe it's just this shop that doesn't have anything 4 walkers or gyms.

Arrived from Sydney today hoping to buy $5,000 worth of gears for a video shoot in Christchurch tomorrow, only to be told at the door that I had to either take my hat(Jordan A frame) off or turn it backwards, and my son wasn't allowed to wear his beanie inside the shop!!! Now.... If I was going into a night club or RSA... I would understand... But a sports shop.... Really?...Just wow. But it was ok to wear the face mask that covers half of my face.... Absolutely hopeless, spent an hour waiting for staff to run from shop to storeroom to find sizes, then get sent home with wrong size. Came all the way back to change and now they can't find just 1 shoe. What a joke

Useless selection..one little rack consisting of 10 items of each label..arrogant staff member spoke to me like I was wasting his time by having to serve me..receipt said served by Codie. Won't be back.

I have been into Stirling sports Riccarton twice now in the last week and they have have left the metal detector tags on my clothes both times and been having to remove them at home as I’m not going to be travelling all the way back to just get tags removed
