Very respectful team and venue was very clean and comfortable. The audio and video worked well with a good size screen for all to see. Wheelchair accessibility is also a very good benefit. Classy hearse that looks magnificent and overall a very sad day was given a real lift by the team and venue.

Awesome venue for what can be an very emotional time. Team were genuinely caring. Excellent sound system and projector if needed.

Thank you for the outstanding job at my. grandmother" her obituary wasn't correct she had hour children out of wedlock passed away March 2 2015 she had two families one real and we called the other's I never knew her because she NEVER wanted anything to do with me anytime I saw her she couldn't run fast enough the truth is she wasn't a good person."

My sister recently passed away and the funeral was handled very compassionately by RJC & Sons. Special mention for Ross Carey who was there for my wife and I, which was really appreciated!!

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, some family members in Australia and relatives in Auckland could not attend the service – we appreciate RJC’s technology so that the service could be televised live for them. And we are grateful for RJC’s understanding of cultural traditions and meeting the wishes of the family with respect and compassion. Thank you for taking a difficult day, and making it a wonderful send-off for Uncle Willie and a comforting celebration of his life, which we will always remember and cherish.

We have recently had to call on the services of Robert J Cotton after the death of my father and have had the pleasure of being cared for by Laura. From the time of the initial phone call from the hospital for collecting Dad, through to picking up the ashes, Laura has been so helpful and accommodating in providing the best of service. Laura's kind and empathetic manner is complimented by her wonderful sense of humor and is a real asset at such a time. In addition, the great hospitality and service from the lounge staff made the reception after the memorial a lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend both the company and especially Laura if required. Thank you again Laura.

Cotton's took such amazing care of us when my grandfather received a terminal diagnosis. They handled everything so professionally and with such care, humour and love that it made such a huge difference. Small personalised touches everywhere helped us to feel like they really cared about us and our family. They've now helped us again with the same care and support now that my grandmother has passed.While I hope it's a long time before I have to call them again, I cannot recommend Cotton's enough.
