Was able to fix my broken car key quick and easy.

I went in to get my watch repaired and the staff here were super helpful and had very fast service! My watch worked as good as new. I definitely recommend coming here for any repairs.

STAY AWAY!!! THEY BROKE MY EXPENSIVE WATCH!!!!!UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and UNEXPERIENCEDTook my as new Michael Kors watch for a battery change only to come back and find out that they had SHATTERED THE GLASS OF MY WATCH!!! (See below photos) They then promised that they would order and repair the class from MK. I got a call two days later to say it was ready only to find out they had repaired it with some cheap glass and cheap repair (as below photos) and they also wanted to charge me for the battery!!! on top of breaking my watch repairing it with hideous cheap glass which was so unprofessionally done with glue all over and when I brought it up were super rude and told me to scratch the glue with my nails and were non apologetic at all!! STAY AWAY and don’t take your watches there as they don’t seem to know what they are doing!!!!

Great service received from Smart Services today. My remote to car park wasn't working so Smart Services gave me a replacement remote, this didn't work when i got home but they came out after hours today to get it fixed. Ours is an old building and the gate is apparently an old model so i appreciate you taking the time to come out as i was highly stressed not being able to leave and return to my car park. Great result in the end, remote works perfectly fine now. Thank you so much.
