i have been waiting for my necklace to be replaced for 4 months now , no contact from their end and i was told it would take 1 - 2 weeks.New owners don’t apologise or even understand frustration from your end.I am sorry I was thinking i will support local, but if this is the service i will rather go somewhere where respect will be shown.Unfortunately horrible experience would not recommend.

We were on vacation in NZ and bought a beautiful watch as a gift a few days before Christmas.Sadly, later on Christmas day it was obvious that the watch was not working.I contacted the store and cannot praise them highly enough for their customer service. They arranged to open the store to change the battery in the watch, despite being on holiday themselves.Fantastic customer service. Really impressed by the desire to make it right.

Awesome experience buying our wedding band! Communication was fast and consistent, and service was above and beyond. Cambridge Jewellers were able to customise the ring I wanted that I couldn’t find anywhere else at a really good price. Highly recommend!
