Flourish Cafe
Enroute to Invercargill, we enjoyed our lunch at this cafe. The chicken and mushroom pies were very flavoursome and packed with filling, served piping hot. For afters we had a cream filled biscuit (delicious) and a coffee and walnut cake, very nicely filled and iced, but a bit dry. Coffees were served nice and hot which is how we like them.

Flourish Cafe
We stopped here for lunch on the way from Invercargill to Te Anau. They were very busy, but the staff managed to juggle all the food requests for multiple customers and got everything correct. Nice place to stop if you’re in the area.

Friendly staff. Pancakes were yummy could of done with just one more. Hot chocolate was OK. Wasn't chocolaty enough for my liking.

Very tasty food, we had cheese rolls and Louise cake and a pot of tea with tea leaves not tea bags, was a great brew. Staff very friendly, cafe very clean and nice atmosphere. A credit to Winton!

I had the cooked breakfast. The eggs were to die for, perfectly cooked and they were out of this world, golden yolks, syrupy texture, whites cooked, I could have had another two. Toast was ho hum compared to rest of meal which let it down a little - some toasted focaccia would have been much better - especially with those eggs! Bacon was crispy and that's how I asked for it and good quality. Hash browns were piping hot and crispy -- yummo. Coffee was better than average but not the best I've tasted; maybe water on machine is a fraction too hot? Will definitely visit again.

A lovely country Cafe with quality food and friendly staff. Wheelchair ♿️ friendly Cafe but parking standard. A nice spot to stop for a coffee and a hoy snack.
