Horrible haircut :( first of all i've shown them the picture of what haircut i wanted. Its pretty straight forward as it was just a bob cut. They cut my hair really different to what i wanted. I tried to instruct them but it's very limited because the length was already in the shortest it can get. The sides were not even equal and they didn't do any finishing to my the layered hair so it ended up with very obvious lines. :( I went to the other salon the next day and they fixed it for me.

Very affordable prices. Doesn't say much but boy, can she cut and style hair for a third if the cost elsewhere.

Best place in Rotorua to get a keratin treatment! It's a welcoming, relaxed environment; prices are very rasonable, and Neela is so lovely. I always enjoy getting my treatment done.Highly recommend Hair Roots Rotorua :)

Very friendly staff and one of the cheapest salon in Rotorua. I will definitely comeback and recommend this place.

Pretty disappointed to be honest. I walked past and saw no one in the salon, I walked in and asked if there was availability for a wash, trim and blow wave right then, there was which was great. The price board out the front of the salon said ladies cuts $30-40.After my blow wave I was asked if I would like my hair straightened, which I said would be lovely. When I went to pay I was charged $90. So I was either charged an additional $50 or $60 for a wash, blow wave and straighten. The trim was very basic and I have shoulder length hair. Disappointed I was charged so much for this.
