Staff were nice but failed to mention warranty’s cannot be processed on weekends when I first approached someone then I had to sit around for 40 mins to see someone only for them to say cannot do.

This store is the second one we have gone to in two days , the other being Sylvia Park yesterday where we had the same issue. We enquired about the Samsung Galaxy watches. Both stores had no idea about their product ( even though there are two options mind you) both stores read the description on the watches and said they would Google the difference between the two models . In all fairness we could do the same. They clearly don't provide the training for their team .

I purchased a new phone here, I was assisted by Simmy, who was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She showed me all options for purchase and payment and also made the data transfer from old phone to new phone super easy. Overall amazing customer service by Simmy! Thanks so much

After returning a two month old brand new iPhone that had completely died these guy’s suggested I had overcharged it and said the only solution was to send it for repairs where it would be completely wiped. Oobe solved the issue in literally 5 seconds. Not good enough Spark.

Really bad customer service, don’t even want to assist clients. Only came in for a few minutes to choose a SIM card and the Chinese guy who we spoke to said he needs to go to his break, even said his break time has passed for a long time, like that we are using up his break time. He told us to give the SIM cards back while we’re still trying to choose a number. I mean can’t you just let someone else assist us? You going on a break doesn’t mean that the store is going to close. He could not even activate a SIM card either and after that we called spark and it’s all done for us.
