Glad I found this place. Close to home, 24/7, no worries about gym opening times over the holidays. Love that there's lots of equipment AND lots of free space for skipping, kettlebell and dumbell work

Lots of changes going on with the new owner. Lots of new pieces of equipment and lots of new clients plus 24ht access.. Sometimes makes it difficult to find your machine as they have been moved around and can be busy so need to work in with others. New big screen with some sort of movie or documentary playing. No idea who or what as there are few subtitles which they do have on the TV but you can no longer see it. Always clean and tidy and well looked after. With all the changes, I am reserving my judgment

My partner and I have been going to this gym for more than 8 months. We have sessions with a personal trainer here and he’s been the best! Passionate at his job and we’re seeing great, positive results - absolutely worth it. The gym has all the equipments that you’ll need and it’s 24 hrs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym gets a little busy during peak hours. Non peak hours is great if you want some space or some peace and quiet, like the picture below. Some of the equipments may be old but they work just fine. I’ve heard they’ll be replaced in a few weeks so that exciting!

Best Gym I've been to. Great new equipment, really nice staff. Heaps of brand new equipment to train with. Definitely the gym to go to if you live in Te Puke. :)

my grandson was using the sauna for weight loss during tai mitchell. the young lady who looked after us and ensured our needs were met was bloody terrific. cant remember her name..but a huge thankyou. service smile and going the extra mile was her strength. thankyou ..judith

I have been going to this gym for bout 10 yrs. I attend the easy moving glasses , aerobics & muscle strengthen. 1 hr $5 per session. Glass taken by experienced body trainer. Lots of fun too
