Bought some Danish, crossaints, blueberry pastries and fresh bread loaf. Everything was fresh and tasty.

I just wish they still did ham mayo twirls, I used to buy those multiple times a week. Their grain breads and rolls are still great though

The products are yummy! Really fresh and full of fillings for most of their things especially compared to some other BD stores, we used to go here 4-5 times a week just for fresh bread of different types as its so moreish tad expensive but we make it work.HOWEVER the reason for my 1 star is a consistently rude employee they have that seems to work on Sundays (young indian lady), as I used to go here often ive dealt with most of the employees but this lady needs to learn better customer service or get off the counter. She is all smiles at you until she tries to upsell your purchase with other products and if you politely decline she rolls her eyes and is no longer interested in you and anything you have to say. Even if you try to say bye have a nice day at this point her back is to you. I have seen this happen to other customers who don't want to buy extra items.I have stopped visiting this store as frequently as we used to and I certainly walk the other way when I see that employee working now and I've spoken to others who do the same. I'm sorry for whatever that employee may be experiencing in her life but she needs a customer service refresher as not everyone wants to buy extra products for various reasons, my reason for not buying extra? Because I usually go back the next day on my way home to get more fresh goodies rather than buy and have it not as fresh a couple of days later.

I have been a regular customer of this store but have noticed a big dip in the sizes of the products they sell and the quality. For the expensive prices the quality has gone down scrolls lacking icing or filling. croissants that are smaller and don’t even look like a croissant more like a sausage the spinach things have gone smaller and less tasty. The quality has gone down and keeps going down. I mean how about some raisins in a raisin bun. The two girls at the counter are wonderful but even they can be embarrassed but the shape and size when questioned. Used to be a lot better. The owner needs a wake up call on customer service and quality.

What happened to the walnut and apple log? It's not the same with just apple. When companies start making cuts in products that I love. I stop going.

Can you please put enough chocolate chips on your hot cross buns, seriously I bought some the other day and literally had hardly any chocolate chips in them. It’s like they trying to be cheap with their buns. And definitely not the buns advertised. So please don't be a total rip off and cheap with your chocolate chips and add them, as what you have advertised. Simple as that!!!!!!!!!! STOP LACKING THIS.

These guys are awesome! They do not skimp on fillings. Their spinach and feta are to die for! Their bread? Always beautifully fresh. Yes they are somewhat expensive but hey we're talking yummy fresh, melt in your mouth bread!
