I have had amazing, knowledgeable and friendly service from every one at foto fiddler for many years now. They have helped me with complicated restorations of old photos, re-sizing of photos, photo-shopping, given advice re suitable frames, and albums and have even ordered in special items for me. They are my go-to for anything regarding photography, as they go that extra mile to achieve what their customers require. Highly recommend them.

Best photograph printing and customer service provider ever. Online ordering is super easy, efficient and fast. I emailed an order through and within 30mins it was ready. They email when you order is ready and it's not computer generated, it's from a real person (lol). Their quality photo prints and frames made my day, I'm so happy, thank you ImagePro Eastridge.

Went for a passport photo. The clerk did two clicks against the wall (no lights no nothing). Done. Charged me $25 dollars for an email copy and got a blurry photo that got rejected by immigration NZ. When i emailed back i had no response until I insisted then the owner replied. Apologised and offer a $25 credit (not refund). Won’t trade again with this shop.

My son got a passport pic. They just forgot to email pic. Had to be rung. They werent sure he had taken the pic there. Then couldnt find the file. Then when they finally did refused to put it through DIA for preapproval which the previous owners did as part of the price. Plus the pic was horrible. Avoid like the plague.

I’ve tried to take a passport photo of my very active toddler myself multiple times without success but Priyesh managed to take one in less than a minute! He was great with my son, very friendly and professional! Had lots of toys ready to get the attention of the child. Highly recommended if you need a passport photo for your child :)

Had a terrible experience trying to get a passport photo. I had to chase up the image once over the phone, then in person. Turned out they sent my image to completely the wrong person but only after I chased them up for the image hours later. Gave me attitude like I was somehow asking too much by wanting the photo sent in a reasonable amount of time. I gave them three hours to get it to me, but in that time they just sent it to someone else. Avoid these guys if only for the attitude, but also for the incompetence. They also lied and said they told me it would be ready by the end of the day when in reality they gave the impression it would be sent straight away and said nothing about the end of day. $25 for one image, they don’t even have specialised lighting.Trust level 0.Now they have my image, sent it to who knows, didn’t apologise once for the mistake.Shocker.

Friendly staff and quick service! The guys were able to get the perfect passport photo for my 6 week old! Highly recommend.

The staff were very lovely and professional. I went in for a passport photo and was advised I would receive the digital copy in the evening. I had a great experience and will be back again soon. Thank you to the image pro team. A++
