I have been to many barbers throughout Auckland, but this one is in a different league to the rest. This guy has a real sense of detail and to make you look the best you can. It is his finer stylistic detail which optimises one's features. I've been there twice and both times the same superior quality. I will keep going back.

I visit Maxi Barber shop every 2 weeks or so, the staff are great, do professional cuts and beard trims, and are good banter. These gentlemen are skilled barbers from abroad, they take extra care to make sure you leave their shop looking sharp. I will continue to visit these guys as long as i live on the north shore auckland.

Asked for a scissor cut. The barber blatantly ignored this and went for the clippers and razor. He cut my neck with the razor. He also cut the previous guy's neck with the razor. And I don't think he disinfected the razor between us, so he could've passed on any viruses in the other guy's blood on to me. Disgusting.

Closing time is 6pm on Saturday I came all the way from city at 4.50pm .door was closed .and only one customer was waiting inside.

Best barber in birkenhead and slightly cheaper than most. Neck wasrazored and cleaned up again with a razor on the sides and around the neck, recommend !

Just got an awesome haircut from these guys. Super quick at 15 mins which impressed me because I was looking pretty bedraggled, the barber knew what he was doing, and the price was all good at 30 bucks.
