Honestly useless at answer the phone. I called the branch 3 times a day for a week and left a voice mail. Went through the list of employees and called each of the relevant numbers but still haven't had any communication from them. And yes I was calling within their open hours.

The Cashier Staff are absolutely lovely and pleasant to talk with. They're knowledgeable about their job and are more than willing to do anything in their power to help you. They're willing to ask their colleagues for advice if they are unsure and are understanding if you have difficulties in explaining what you need help with. The several times I've come here has made this my Branch of choice. This branch is a Gem and outstanding for Westpac. Yes, it takes time and you need patience, it's the cost of service. It's not a fast food place.

I am a Westpac customer and I tried to deposit money into my account. When the deposit was declined I did not get my money back from the ATM. The service of the phone line was weak, 'can not do anything about it... you have to go to the branch tomorrow morning...'. Since I am leaving the country within the next days I will need to sort this out - end open.

Nice and friendly staff with a good costumer service. Fortunately Westpac opens bank accounts even for a short term, while other banks refused.
