Jen from the Asset Managers has managed our rental properties since we acquired the first one about 18 months ago. She goes above and beyond to make the experience positive for both the owners and the tenants. This lady works SO hard and loves what she does. Jen is a great communicator, foresees issues before they arise and confidently and competently mitigates them. It’s worth every cent we pay to have Jen manage our properties, I can’t recommend her services enough.
