Poor customer service, the language isn’t very good and clear from the Indians, felt like I was getting ripped off there. I went to get 2 brand new tyres and I kept getting pressured into getting another 2 and etc when I didn’t need it. My mum went to take it in to get a new wheel bearing cause the other was stuffed. I was quoted for it and they tried to add another $75 for labour when the guy took 40 min to go get the part. Pretty disappointed about this hope not much people are getting ripped off here

Very bad service .wof inspector dont have any knowledge regarding cars. I went to other places to check my car. They said there is no issue in my car. It is perfectly fine. They wasted my 4 days. I am doing uber. I lost almost 800 $ of income for 4 days. I dont recomend them to anyone. Please go to AA for wof. They are trustworthy.

I went in to the shop at around 10am this morning and was wowed by the service. All the staff were very polite, professional and helpful. They also took the time to show me what had happened to my tyre. I am very impressed and it made it a pleasure to do business. I'll definitely be recommending to all my friends.

I received great professional service from the Rotorua Tony's Tyres team. From my intial phone call contact and service recieved at the workshop, I was extremely impressed with the way I was spoken too and the welcome and professional service I received. The staff went over and above to ensure my vehicle was safe and ready to drive. I left with two ne tyres, insurance and a wheel alignment discount certificate. I highly recommend Tony' Tyres to anyone who is looking for great and professional services with welcoming staff and very reasonable costs.

These guys are great. Went as I run over a nail and was on my way back up North with 4 kids. So friendly and gave us all free hot drinks. And even brought in an extra chair. Was just lucky to be passing this place. If I was a local I would make this my tyre place.
