Very nice experience with XT Motors. Simon is a super professional and friendly dealer. Very honoured to be his first customer after they moved to the new location in Westgate. I bought Nissan Sylphy, and Simon helped to arrange full car service and nice car cleaning before picking up. He really helps customers with walking on extra miles. I highly recommend XT Motors.

I have had the best experience with Simon and Dauson at XT Motors, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, very knowledgable and very helpful. They went above and beyond, I was on a tight time frame and they managed to get everything completed on the vehicle in record time - even came to my house to fix a small issue very last minute as I am driving the car to the south island in the morning. Normally don't write reviews but I feel these guys deserve some recognition for their excellent customer service. My experience was extremely positive and they were always in contact to let me know the progress of my new vehicle's servicing and testing. Also had AA pre-inspect the car , they reported the dealer was great to work with. Awesome work guys , thank you !

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. Very unprofessional, wanted to trade my vehicle in. We had agreed on a straight trade for one of their vehicles. Which was in pretty poor shape and needed things done. They sent me sales agreement which had some dodgy agreements to contract out of the CGA. Or at the very least contract out of repairs for the vehicle.Then told me their cga is 30 days or 3000kms which is plainly wrongAfter some discussion I decided I would still take the car after it being fixed.But was told it was now being looked at by other people so had to wait a few days.Then I asked to take the car to a mechanic and was told that the deal would no longer be possible because the owner changed his mind.As the owner has replied I'll add more.You say I didn't sign anything, Yes because your sales agreement is very misleading stating there is only a 30 day warranty, you cannot opt out of the cga, that's why I didn't sign.Regarding my trade in your were completely satisfied with my car it's had 5 owners being private. I told you why I owned for so little time and you were fine with that. Never questioned it again.You said it cost you $500 to book in transmission service, but your staff told me you did it yourself. And a reputable shop does it for $379 so you are blatantly lying or your employee is.I didn't dissappear for two days you told me I would receive a call when car is ready. And I never did, so I contacted you and was told someone else looking at it.As soon as I mentioned taking to a mechanic you called it off. I'm rather glad I didn't buy it as when something went wrong it would have been a nightmare to fix.Your reply shows exactly the type of customer service you gave not a single apology in there. And blatantly telling lies is pretty unprofessional. I have the texts to prove it

Happy customer. Sister and I had been searching for this particular car in many car yards in Auckland. Found this one on trademe that was advertised at a competitive price compared to other places. Reliable and trustworthy business owner and pleasant to deal with. I am impressed with his staff, Jonathan, who was accommodating, punctual and he kept a good communication with us. Overall, we're pretty stoked with the purchase of this car. It drives really well. I would strongly recommend this place to others. Keep up with the strong work ethics. Kind regards.

Very happy with the purchase of our Toyota Celsior V8 . From first viewing the car to a few days later driving the car away Dowson and Simon were very good to deal with. A happy customer.I have never really taken to writing reviews on people but these guys did an excellent job.I was there on a saturday to view a car and decided purchase it. It need a WOF and its rego updated which was fine and I was happy to let Simon get on and get that done. He was in touch with me frequently about its where abouts and what its status was. It needed tyres to pass which we both knew and I was going to replace anyhow.Simon was kind enough to drop the car down at the local bridgestone for me and get the tyres I had organised with them sorted out.As I work out of the city Simon was a great help as my hours meant I could only have been around on the following weekend to collect it. My partner and my mother made the trip to avondale to collect it on my behalf and the car was ready and looking great when they got there.Simon was polite and courteous to us all and there was absloutly no feeling of that slicked back greasy hair, tartan trouser, crocodile shoe type car dealer vibe of the old days. Well done mate.I'm more than absloutly satisfied with the car and couldn't have asked for any better. Thanks very much!

Decent place, I brought a Toyota Crown off them and already have to fork out $600 to replace a wheel bearing after only 3 and a bit months. Totally possible they didn't know upon sale, but pretty disappointing to have to do repairs on my car less than 4 months into ownership.

I bought a car from xt motors and was very happy with the service. Simon replied to my questions very promptly even outside opening hours. Very patient, very accommodating. I was even asked what time I was picking the car up so they had time to give it another wash and wax. Love the car. Thanks Simon.
