The customer service and willingness to assist from Steph at Flexi Rentals was awesome. Their prices are the most reasonable I have found and there is no mileage charge for trips within the local Whangarei area. I booked a furniture truck with tail lift for a move from Kauri to central Whangarei and even though Kauri is on the outskirts of Whangarei they still consider it to be within the local Whangarei area, so no mileage charge, just the flat rental fee. I will definitely be using Flexi Auto Rentals again.

Great value for money, especially if you are staying within the Whangarei district (mileage included).The staff are really friendly, helpful and chatty.The only negative is that the furniture van (18m³) is not fitted with a tail lift so we had to use a smaller van, resulting in more trips.I will definitely use them again.

The 7-seater van turned out to be too tight of a squeeze for 6 of us plus luggage, but they let us swap it for a 16-seater, which we dubbed the Flexi Beast. Appreciated the airport shuttle. Old fleet but good value, which is all we needed.

Very satisfied. Hired a furniture truck for one day to move from Hamilton to One Tree point on a Saturday. Was allowed to collect the truck late on the Friday before to allow for an early start and return it the following Sunday for no extra charge. Great staff to work with. Many thanks.

This is a company that understands how stressful moving can be and pulls out all stops to make it less stressful. Stephanie was absolutely amazing throughout our move. She went WAY beyond the call of duty to accommodate us and make everything easier and more manageable. We were late bringing the truck back, twice, and she was endlessly patient and helpful. Congratulations on having such great staff! Definitely recommend!

Hired a small truck to move house. Had a lift on the back which helped so much getting the bigger things in the truck. Highly recommend these guys. So helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be back if I need to hire any other vehicles in the future.
