Tony is wonderful and so professional. She made me feel at ease and talked me through the whole process. I have had unpleasant experiences at other appearance medicine centres but this experience was fantastic and I'm already looking forward to my next visit, I highly recommend!!!

Always had positive experiences here. Everyone I deal with has been friendly, compassionate, understanding and willing to go the extra mile to ensure optimal results. Have always appreciated these basic things, that seem to be lacking in a lot of places nowadays!

Booked me in for a complimentary facial for four weeks later, but never sent me the appointment time or reminder. When they rang about 2 hours prior to the appointment and I could not make it due to work comnitments, they said I could rebook, but that I would not be eligible for a complimentary service. Pretty mean.

I usually get my botox in Auckland but was excited to try some one local - what a big mistake!I had worries when the botox was injected into different places to where Usually get it done and voiced my concerns.When botox is injected into the wrong area it can result in sagging and I am left with a sagging eyelid - I need to wait three months for it to wear off I wish I never went.I also got between my frown lines done - the result was also not great - Apart from a frozen face my frown lines are still there.Such a disappointing result compared to what i usually get I am filled with lots of regret going here.
