Reading other reviews I would say, if you're thinking about price check the menu first. Small cocktail selection but really well put together and presented. The food was exquisite; just fantastic combinations of flavors and textures.We've recently been to a couple of good Auckland restaurants and this tops those easily. But if you're expecting Lone Star portions, you'll be disappointed. The wait staff were friendly and engaging, just what we enjoy. Atmosphere again was great; a combination of styley and relaxed without being formal. Wait times were fine for us but the place wasn't jammed.We'd love to come again.

As a foodie/chef, this would have been the most amazing culinary experience I have had…….EVER!!!.What a hidden gem.Worth the drive, worth every cent and some.We were well looked after too, front of house duo, faultless.Such a wonderful experience.Thank you

Tairua Beach Club
The wonderful Graeme from Tairua Beach Club catered our wedding on Slipper Island and we couldn't have been happier. The food both looked fantastic and was absolutely delicious. Graeme was super easy to work with and was able to tailor the menu to our needs including kiddie meals for the little ones. Would definitely recommend Tairua Beach Club for catering any special events.

No wonder why this restaurant is hard to get reservation over the weekend.Tairua Beach Club brought us divine!!!!!!Every dishes were really fantastic.We loved smoke kingfish entree!!!! Surprisingly good.All main were great - love every bites of them.Fish is fresh.Meat is tasty.Love every bit of this restaurant!!!!!Food: 5/5Staff: 5/5Atmosphere: 5/5Overall: 5/5

Fantastic diner. Great sunset views. Highly recommended to try as many dishes as you can as they are all lovely. The sauces going with each dishes are to die for (licking fingers good) ! Really enjoyed the tempura oysters, the aubergine dumplings, everything. Great cocktails too: special one being the ‘summer garden’ . Great waiters. Fantastic chefs. Recommended !

Had an exceptional midday Christmas feast today. 7 courses and each dish was absolutely delicious! The staff were excellent too - a perfect balance between attentive and giving us space. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much to everyone at Tairua Beach Club
