This is the second time in 2 months where the dryer didn’t dry our clothes. Got refund the first time but nothing the second time. It used to be great and didn’t have any issues for years but for the last 2 months, it’s been awful. It’s a pain to get through to their customer service line also. It’s time find another place to dry the clothes in winter!

Very well organized laundry. They have so many Washers and Dryers. Small washers are $2/$3, Medium $4/$5 and Large $6/$7. Dryers you can use 6min for $1. They have a coin change machine and atm cash out machine as well. Very clean and tidy place.

Excellent self service or they very helpful...parking at the back...clean good prices

Tidy place with lots of machines in various sizes to accommodate different loads, new and clean coin-operated machines (place comes with a coin changer and a vending machine for soap), and the cheapest rates in the area! Smallest wash load is $2 (though you can only probably fit 3 shirts and 2 jeans in there), biggest is $6; $4 for 32 minutes of drying in the smaller dryer (can fit 3 wash loads).There's also parking space for about 10 cars at the back of the store. The only thing I didn't like was that the doors were not automatic, and were therefore left open the entire time. This is not ideal if you are waiting there during nighttime as it can get pretty cold even with all the dryers at work. But still, the best and cheapest laundromat I've seen in central Auckland so far!

Feeling very disappointed. I always come here and haven’t had an issue but this time I spent $10 to dry my clothes for 40minutes. Came to get them and they were cold and wet still….called customer service to let them know with no apology or refund. Had to fork out $18 in total and spent a long time waiting. Was hoping for better service when it is their machines not functioning.

They have 2 businesses, one is washing and the other is their scamming washing machines.insert your money and the machines don’t work and you loose your money.When you call the help line, they are trained to say ‘I cannot help you’. Ask for anything I’m pretty sure the answer is ‘I can’t help you’ and hang’s up the phone.They have a help line who cannot help with anything
