Went in early in the morning, so the shop was quiet. One of the best shopping experiences I have had. Buying a suit for my son for ball. The manager was attentive, offered helpful advice and was just all round awesome. Could not recommend them any more highly. 10/10 guys

Went in today to make a big clothing purchase, and I am impressed with the quality of service here.Shout out to Taylor for being very helpful and going the extra mile in serving me while I was shopping, even helping me find a good color for shorts that matches my skin tone. Excellent service all around!

My god, if you ever wanted terrible service come and visit this Hallensteins. We came in at 10:30 on a Sunday.. no one else in the store, 4 team members on. One came and said “hello”and the was all the service we got. We were Looking for chino pants - we even went and tried them on and NO-ONE came over or said a thing. I then came back out to change one pair because they were faulty - still nothing, and the store was still empty other than us.1 team member was in the mirror tying her hair up3 were at the counter, 2 of them were watching a video - sitting on the counter, talking about slow motion zoom Loudly!To top it off, we finally picked 4 pants to buy, and walked up to the counter, to be asked, “did you want me to put them back for you??” - how ridiculous and counterintuitive, WE WANTED TO BUY THEM?!? Seems as if the team was not interested in selling anything and we’re more interested in their video than doing their jobs.Hallensteins has always been pretty good, with great prices, but this team was asleep.

If your son needs a suit for the ball I can highly recommend Taylor, his knowledge is amazing, my boy is very slim and Taylor went the extra mile to find him a suit in which he feels a million bucks. We went on a very busy Saturday and despite dealing with many demanding parents, he was cool, calm and very pleasant and nothing was too much bother. Ryan hopes you enjoy the chocolates. The best customer service Taylor your a star :)
