Excellent massage. Just requires more atmosphere. The outside looks great. The inside was messy. Front counter, paper and drinks everywhere. The massage room was great with instructions. Unfortunately leaving the door open whilst massaging, lots of white light kills the therapeutic vibe. Also bringing in loud relaxing sounds played through your mobile phone, killed it a bit. I had to ask please turn it down.TLC to the work place is a must. Clean and tidy wouldn't go a miss not a mess. Thanks

This place is a gem arrived into Whakatane on Easter Monday 2022 & was able to get an appointment the next day. I highly recommend this place, she catered to my big body and had such a lovely sleep.

Can’t say I’ve been overly impressed with my experiences at cha da day spa. The first time I had gone for an eyebrow shape she didn’t take all the hairs from under my eyebrows off so I had to shape them again when I got home. The second time I had gone for an eyebrow shape and tint I had to get her to remove some of the tint from my skin as my eyebrows were incredibly uneven, rushed and zero eye for detail. I’ve been to a lot of beauty clinics for eyebrow shape and tints and this has to be by far my least favourite place. I won’t be returning.
