Sally was amazing and so helpful accommodating our large family group for a special occasion. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms are fantastic and are so clean and comfortable and have everything you need. Love the close proximity to Bush Inn so you can walk down and and have dinner, lunch etc and it is a 5 minute from our daughter's flat! This is our third time staying here and we will definitely be back. Myself and the rest of my family would like to say a big thank you to Sally and her team for making us feel so welcome! Karyn

Having just stayed here these past 4 nights with my family, I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. It felt like a little home away from home. And having a lovely friendly host in Sally offering us some chocolate treats from the get go that feeling never went away , it was always nice to come back after a long day of adventure to a warm, tidy, cozy room. Definitely my first choice every time I come back to christchurch

Was a last minute stay for me. Photos don't do it justice! Just gorgeous inside, so clean & such lovely owners - much appreciation to them for accommodating me so late. I highly recommend this place! I have stayed at many a motel/hotel over the years... this place is first class!

My family of 4 stayed 5 nights with Sally and Stuart in a 2 bedroom apartment.Our hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well appointed , spacious and quiet. The location is within a 2 minute walk of a supermarket and restaurants.We will definitely stay with Sally and Stuart again.

Clean, comfortable, well-furnished units, and quiet, although on a busy main route. Convenient to buses, good parking. I've stayed regularly for at least 4 years, and I always feel very welcome.

Upon arrival Sally was super inviting and friendly!! I had a last minute work trip from the N.I so being away from home so close to Xmas 18th- 22nd Dec was made easy due to the homely environment and cosy rooms. All the best for 2023 Sally Stewart and Dexter

A great place to stay, with amazing hospitality. Friendly, helpful & accommodating. Stewart & Sally were amazing hosts & very welcoming. I would highly recommend 306 to anyone coming to Christchurch looking for accommodation.
