Eine meiner schlimmsten Begegnungen in Neuseeland.Nicht mal einen Stern wert!Zuerst: Die Garage ist sehr unordentlich, vollgestellt mit viel Schrott und auf dem Schreibtisch stand eine Flasche Alkohol.Der Mechaniker war nicht hilfsbereit und hat uns wie dumme, kleine Kinder behandelt oder teilweise ignoriert.(Wir sind normale Leute: Ich arbeite in der Grundschule und mein Partner als Industriekaufmann)Wir standen ca. 30min draußen und haben auf ihn gewartet, weil er sich nicht geäußert hat.Nach einiger Zeit kam er auf mich zu und hat er sehr schnell und sehr böse mit vielen Fachbegriffen mit mir gesprochen. Da ich kein Muttersprachler bin, bat ich ihn langsamer und verständlicher zu sprechen. Doch er genoss es, mich bloß zu stellen.Er wurde ziemlich aggressiv, schrie uns an und lehnte sich über uns ins Auto. Wir hatten echt Angst, dass er uns schlagen will.Wir haben uns entschieden, eine andere Werkstatt zu suchen und sind schnell weggefahren!Es gibt viele Werkstätten in dieser Straße, die hilfsbereit, gut organisiert und freundlich sind!GEH NIEMALS HIER HIN!

Can’t stress how unpleasant Brian was to deal with. Aside from a foul attitude he made me try drive my van into his extremely narrow garage entrance and when I bumped the door of his shop he went ballistic and tried to scam me out of hundreds of dollars. Stay away from this lunatic.

not great at all brought car from these guys not even a year ago been under carport since when i got the car it had 3 months rego done by there mechanic as one of the guys said from yard went too get car registered and failed not happy $3000 down the drain because of the car yard and mechanic tell me how it passes a blue slip through you guys and 4 months later doesn't pass a pink slip

Very rude on phone very abrupt if you are to busy to answer phone then dont. Leaving it to go to answer machine or not answering os better than being rude to people on the phone.
