Car wash malfunctioned and got stuck in there for what felt like an eternity. Was told it was my fault cause my cars too big. (Audi wagon lol) pfft

very unhappy, the wing on the back of my boot was literally ripped of during the wash, the metal is torn so cannot fit it back on. not safe and just caused unnecessary damage to my car, I will never return and will certainly warn others :(

It is NOT!!!! touch free, during the cycle only half the car got the colored foam stuff, This car wash is not well maintained, went down to Oteha Valley Rd Mobile and got the true Touch Free experience and it worked very well and is clearly well maintained.
