Gartner Superlux
Very poor experience with this firm. Sold me a light that failed within 3 months. Refused to replace it and sent it for repair. Lasted about a week when reinstalled then failed again. Again refused to replace the light and want to repair it. I advised that I wanted my money back to be told by the store manager that he didn't give a damn about my opinion. Tried to contact the owner John but he has so far refused to take my calls.Given their incredibly poor customer service I would never buy from these people again.Substandard products and very poor customer service.Shop elsewhere.

My first job when i left school back in the 70's i was in the door closer department Peter Ruoff was the foreman then and there was this christen guy that did the repairs on the door closers he had a beard real kind guy and Alan Nand was hardcase Emil was a awesome boss felt sorry when his face got slashed with a machete back then never forget that.
