I tried to close my phone account 6 months ago and had to contact Vodafone 3 times before they managed to achieve this and pay me out a $30 credit. Now they've contacted me to say there is a 51 cent credit still on the account and I will be charged a $2.40 monthly administration charge if I don't claim it and then an $18.40 penalty fee at the end of each month if I don't pay the administration fee. Hours of wasted time on the phone with these people. If i could give zero stars I would.

The app is real slow and My payment kept getting payfired until I had to keep reseting it.Other then that Ive had no issues after minutes of back and forth it finaly went threwOther then the tech guy asking for my debit card details which seemed pretty weird.
