The staff here are so attentive always welcoming and friendly. Store is always lovely clean and tidy. Their sales are awesome their range extensive and their quality second to none.

Just like any Kathmandu you'll find across the country. Reliable service and trendy gear. I took my decade old Goretex raincoat here for a repair. They sorted it out without hassle. $15 to fix the cord on the hood. Can't complain about that ☺

Visited yesterday to get a backpack for travel to EU in June. I was served by Atria who gave excellent customer service. She helped fit the back length of the pack and made sure all was correct. She was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She even showed me how to put the rain cover on (I'm a complete novice). I will definitely be using this store as my go to for my needs. I was very impressed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Happy to put something aside for me to try on later. Love that some of their clothing is made from recycled bottles and they have a really good ethical fashion guide rating. They are also supporting the rainbow community, which is another reason I like to support this shop.

I was looking for a new winter jacket. But all jackets are locked so you have to ask the sales person to try something on. Not fun when having to do so 5 times to try on five different jackets. So I just left the store
