terrible place. real dodgy characters and they dented my car and broke my wingmirror as seen in pictures. refused to pay for damages and release there security camera footage, if it wasn't them then they obviously have nothing to hide. heard alot of people complaining that items were missing from the car and scratches and dings are a frequent.

Whatever your preconceptions of tow truck companies might be, these guys are extremely professional. The driver who attended my daughter's accident was terrific, and the guys at the tow yard in Waltham do everything by the book.
