Excellent company to deal with, they got straight onto the Building Consent and managed that entire process. I chose them as I wanted a woodsman fire, and they are the local suppliers. The installation guy offered to repair the roof outside of his contract to be helpful when the old fire was removed from a different location and the roofer didn't make the roof watertight even after multiple tries, this was a very kind and genuine gesture. We had delays in the project that effected the time frames for installation, and they were understanding and patient as we rectified this. They turned up the exact day they said they would, left everything clean and tidy after install, the install looks great and it's an awesome fire, they were always efficient to communicate clearly and quickly - couldn't recommend more. Great company to deal with :)
